Roasted Peaches with Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 4 fresh ripe peaches cut in half, pits removed
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 4 Digestive biscuit crumbled
- Vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
- Place the peaches cut-side up in a baking dish. Fill each peach cavity with a bit of butter, brown sugar and the biscuits crumbled.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes, until the flesh has softened and the tops are browned.
- Serve warm, with ice cream.
