I propose “Farm to Table” cooking, using only the freshest and most pure local ingredients; I will take you on a culinary journey from my synergistic vegetable garden all the way to your plate.
Each participant will have the opportunity to learn about where each ingredient comes from, how it is harvested and the best ways to use it in the kitchen.
It will be a fun way to learn Italian cuisine through a “hands-on” experience starting from scratch to full immersion!
