21 May Cook the Vineyard, cooking with spontaneous herbs at the La Maliosa farm, 14-15 May 2021
Creative cooking workshop at Fattoria La Maliosa with Francesca Settimi, chef Cordon Bleu of Cook on the Lakes. We have collected the wild herbs that grow in the vineyards of Fattoria La Maliosa, an organic farm located between Saturnia and Montemerano, in the Tuscan Maremma province of Grosseto. Approximately 170 hectares of which 40 are woods, 30 are arable land, 15 are olive groves and 6 are vineyards currently in production.
