All courses have hands-on philosophy; we will work together and prepare food from scratch.
We learn professional in an unprofessional environment, using instruments available in any kitchen, in a similar way to how professional chefs work in an industrial kitchen.
Every lesson is an experience because cooking together might bring up childhood memories from our mothers’ kitchen.
These are some of the main reasons why I absolutely love teaching in this method.
